Title: max upload file size

so the default setting for uploading dbase file says 64MiB in phpmyadmin.  Great.  I went to php.ini and bumped it up to 99MB, saved it and then restarted apache.  No change however.  Still says 64MiB.  Why isnt my change taking effect?

Change post_max_size too same value and check if its reflected in phpMyAdmin or not.
