How can make cwp server using db on another server not in cwp server

Hi All,
I need to make cwp server  only for web server and emails and keep DB on anther server but I'm asking now if connecting DB server with cwp if making new user cwp server go to DB server and add new DB user to using him with new cwp user or need to add these manual in all time
