hello I wrote to finance support on Wednesday for a billing problem no response what is the response time

Usually 24 hours, in my experience. Did you write to the billing team, not the support team?

Did you email them or submit a ticket via the system?

Usually their billing department will respond in 24-48 hours.

Yes via a support ticket to the billing team but still no response after 3 days

Then submit a ticket to support with the billing ticket number and note that it's been 3 days.

When I mentioned 24-48 hours, that normal hours. Monday - Friday.
