Should I let my server manager to manage my server

My server manager has no idea about cpanel nor any control panel .
If I install this control panel can I trust him to manage my server manually or he needs
to work on cwp ?

No for him it is a headache he does not know even the basic English and have never worked even with cpanel
last time I told him about cpanel he said  whatttttttttttttttttt? 



So I just tell me make an email he does what so ever now I know that cpanel makes so many changes to the server that might be different

Is it risky to ask him to manage the server when he has no idea about this panel?

Ask him to check documentation. Youtube will also help him to learn about centos-webpanel.

He will be able to manage it with ssh and you can use CWP there is no problem with that i use only ssh my clients all use cwp for their accounts.
