Author Topic: CWP Licence Invoice: Cannot access account to pay invoice - can't reset pwd.  (Read 247 times)

I've been trying for a few weeks to pay my invoice, but cannot access my account. Requested password reset and not getting any email from the system - my email works fine and nothing in spam - as I received all the invoice reminders. It works for the forum, jut got my reset password email.

I've sent multiple request but didn't get any response. Just got the 3rd invoice reminder, and no way to contact CWP other that the form any details of how to pay directly.

Don't know if I'm the only one having issues with the system not sending emails or not hearing anything related account & billing etc.

Any help, will be much appreciated, I just want to pay the bill, very simple.

The account for support to pay invoices and the forums are 2 different logins.

To pay invoices you goto:
https://support.centos-webpanel.com/index.php?rp=/login

Again, the forum UN/PW doesn't work for their WHMCS system.

When you bought your license directly, you would have created the WHMCS system account.

I've been contacted by the team, and I was sent the reset email.

It all happened on the support site (WHMCS) and hence came to forum, as I had no other way to communicate my issue after multiple query forms and ticket submissions.

All sorted now, managed to reset and renewed the license.
