Title: Gateway Timed Out During Backup

I follow backing up instruction on: https://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/edu/control-web-panel/cwp-backups/
When I execute Run The Backup Now,  the web panel service become gateway timeout ( 504 ).

Any suggestion to solve? Thanks.

Latency issue or saturated internet link? Are you doing it at off hours or peak hours?
