Check config file, permissions and AWStats documentation (in 'docs' directory).
[root@denemeyap ~]# perl /usr/local/apache/htdocs/awstats-7.3/wwwroot/cgi-bin/awstats.pl -update -config=komedibahane.com
Create/Update database for config "/etc/awstats/awstats.komedibahane.com.conf" by AWStats version 7.3 (build 20140126)
From data in log file "/usr/local/apache/logs/access_log"...
Error: Couldn't open server log file "/usr/local/apache/logs/access_log" : Böyle bir dosya ya da dizin yok
Setup ('/etc/awstats/awstats.komedibahane.com.conf' file, web server or permissions) may be wrong.
Check config file, permissions and AWStats documentation (in 'docs' directory).

what must i do?

Except awstats you can see statistic analysis in google search console and google analytisc. The data you'll see there is the most relevant for visitors to your site.
