Hello

Main doman (not subdomains) is DOWN each 5 minutes.

I disabled CSF LFd and IPtable too but no result.

Monitor of CWP is not enabled.

When its down its error is "Too Many Redirects"

I am using Nginx & Varnish & Apache +PHP-FPM

probably related to some ssl redirect you should rebuild webservers and if that doesn't help then move to apache only.
you can also check for nginx https templates in webservers domain conf
