MSSQL Server Problem

Hi, i have a PRO Edition, and im trying to install MSSQLServer Extension.

Im select sqlsrv in panel and i follow the instruction from:
http://wiki.centos-webpanel.com/mssql-extension-for-php7

and nothing... the old instruction say errors in "make"

My PHP:

$serverName = "192.168.1.202\MSSQLSERVER, 1433";
$connectionOptions = array(
    "database" => "user2list",
    "uid" => "sa",
    "pwd" => "Password$123456"
);

I encountered something similar, and looking for an solution as well.

$serverName = "192.168.1.202, 1433";

or

$serverName = "MSSQLSERVER, 1433";

Not Both
