I've been trying for a few weeks to pay my invoice, but cannot access my account. Requested password reset and not getting any email from the system - my email works fine and nothing in spam - as I received all the invoice reminders. It works for the forum, jut got my reset password email.
I've sent multiple request but didn't get any response. Just got the 3rd invoice reminder, and no way to contact CWP other that the form any details of how to pay directly.
Don't know if I'm the only one having issues with the system not sending emails or not hearing anything related account & billing etc.
Any help, will be much appreciated, I just want to pay the bill, very simple.
