problem with "HTTP Test Page"

Hello,
I'm new around here. Be patient with me.
Every time I delete the index.html page that returns the "HTTP Test Page", even when deleting it, and updating, and testing everything, the "HTTP Test Page" cover still appears.
How do I solve this?
It is very cumbersome. Each folder that I generate passes the same to me again.
