Title: Redirect subdomain to subdirectory

Hello

I go to user panel redirection but it says "There is something wrong"  and "https?://(www.)?:" is empty.

HOw can I Redirect subdomain to subdirectory with CWP?

My website was was blog.example.com and I changed it to example.com/blog
