Redirecting the site to another IP on the same network

How can I point a web address (domanxx.com) on the cwp nameserver directly to the IP (192.168.1.55) address of another computer on the same network?

Servers normally have a public IP.

You can use NAT, but the restriction is you have to point port 80 & 443 to the single private IP with the webserver running.

So you can't have 1 public IP, and 2 web servers with private IP's.
As you can't redirect those ports to 2 different private IP's at the same time.

You can't.
CWP isn't a router that can redirect different websites to different internal servers.

Each server needs to have a Public IP address for it's own webserver on port 80 & 443.

Now with NAT, you could redirect certain ports/services to certain internal IP's.
But again, you can NOT redirect the same port to multiple internal IP's.

If you want multiple servers, you have 2 options:
1. use servers on the cloud with Public IP's
2. ask your ISP if & how much a Static Public IP allocation would cost.

The local route would require you purchasing a router, firewall, switch, etc.
And the knowledge how to setup & configure it all.

I've been down self-hosting before on a biz class connection, even on EPB Fiber (#2 in the nation after Google Fiber) and it is quite a job. Maybe a valuable learning experience, but I don't want to relive it. If it says anything, my servers are now co-located in Las Vegas and Milwaukee -- now I have a symmetric gigabit internet backbone connections, professional routing management, power switch control panel, industrial battery backups and diesel generators -- all for far less than what my business connection was costing.

Agreed, setting up a home lab for learning if great, but not for production use.
