Support Ticket Issue

Good Day,
I have created a support ticket at https://support.centos-webpanel.com/ and my Ticket ID is: 771258.

It has been over a week and there is no reply or any update on it from CWP Team.

Can someone guide me how to contact them?

Most problems can not helped here on the forums.

What problem are you having?

What 'errors' and/or 'messages' are being displayed in the logs?

What distro are you are you running CWP on?

CWP Free or CWPpro?

VPS or Dedicated?

Public or NAT?
