Change default FPM to Dynamic

Hello,
I am using PHP-FPM selector and would like all sites to have "pm=dynamic" instead of "ondemand". I can see a template for it, which is locked. Custom template file, that I can create - does not appear anywhere in domain-php settings - kinda feel it is useless.

Any way to change it , that I am not aware of?
