PHP Not Working for New Account

Dear All,

I newbie in vps/cwp. I followed the steps and installed cwp on centos 7 on a VPS. I tested everything and it was working. But I tested it using public IP. Installed wordpress too. it was like - http://ip-address/wp-dir

After this I created first account and moved the wp to user directory. I got 503- service unavailable. I uploaded two files  - .php and .html.

.html is working but for .php i am getting the same error - 503. I did everything available on this forum but still the php is not working.

please suggest what to do.

Hi, you have to use a domain name or use http://ip_address/~user
