How can i install php 5.6.23

Hello,

How can i upgrade to php 5.6.23 version, i tried to install it and php -v shows 5.6.23 but in php info it is 5.6.14

I've reinstall manually 5.6.23 over 5.6.14 with same configuration options from sources.
And how did you?
