How to enable PDO DBLIB

Hi guys, im new here.
Really fighting to install PDO-Dblib. All my sites use this extension. Already watched tons of topics here, noone could installed, this remains the same?
Its a pitty use another panel just because of this T_T

hi use sqlsrv with php 7 or search our wiki site for mssql-freetds installation for 5.x
