Title: Need to increase max_execution_time in Master Value

Anyone here knows how to increase the Master Value of php?

I have changed all php.ini values. But the master value remains 30 for the max_execution_time

Update:

I did it by RELOADING the php. Not restarting.

Also, I changed all php.ini versions just in case. So not really sure if that gave an edge
