PHP-FPM stops everyday

Everyday around 3am, php-fpm73 stops and becomes in-executable, so I need to run

chmod +x and then restart the php-fpm73 service.
I tried to disable the backup, but it didn't helped.

make sure you have cwppro license active as you are using cwppro feature

do I need cwppro for php-fpm or php-fpm selector? if I don't use php-fpm, how should I run PHP using nginx?
