How To Install Mailparse

Hi

I need mailparse hosting billing software, how to install ?
I try with php compiler --mailparse but not work

su -c 'rpm -Uvh http://download.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/6/i386/epel-release-6-5.noarch.rpm'
su -c 'yum install php-pecl-mailparse'
