Update your PHP ASAP 🚨

Today I saw new UI in CWP.

And seems like the PHP can be compiled already without issue for PHP selector.

Tested on both AlmaLinux 8 servers, and your solution works perfectly. I also ran `/scripts/update_cwp` on both, and the fix persists.

PHP 8.3.36 now runs without any `intl.so` warnings.

I just ran sandeeps stand alone php but set it for 8.5.12 and bingo every thing works within a phpbb forum. cwp's version of 8.5.12 is junk.

I was at the point of dropping cwp this morning until i installed  sandeeps method.
