Mail server does not support encrypted password

Hi can you help me with this ?
Every time im trying to use encrypted password in thunderbird mail client returns that encrypted password is not supported

Check which ciphers are in use for Postfix/Dovecot (do an internet search, if needed)
Perhaps Thunderbird can't match the cipher level.
