450 4.1.1 <name@domain.com> Recipient address rejected: User unknown in local

A few days ago I enabled rdns and reconfigured the mail server. But I can not get mail from the main domain and I get the following error:

450 4.1.1 <name@domain.com> Recipient address rejected: User unknown in local

How can i fix it ?
