good morning
I'm trying to configure postfix in cwp on my vps.
I created from the dns panel of my domain manager an A record mail.mydomain.com pointing to the ip of my vps and an mx record pointing to mail.mydomain.com
the mail server does not have errors during configuration and everything seems fine
when I send an email from Roundcube from my new address to the same address, the mail starts without problems and tells me that the email has been correctly sent.
Unfortunately, after a while, he returns an error message saying that the email account does not exist on the server.
obviously the email account exists and is correctly set up in cwp.
I also tried to send from gmail to the address set in cwp but it tells me that the account does not exist on the destination server.
I tried the various solutions suggested in other forum posts but I can not solve the problem in any way.
can someone give me directions on how to solve the problem?

Untick "Drop all emails if no rDNS/PTR" for start and rebuild.
Edit /etc/postfix/main.cf and make sure there is "inet_protocols = ipv4" line. If there isn't add it above "inet_interfaces = all", save, restart postfix.
tail -f /var/log/maillog and test sending mail to and from account., watch the log output.

Not such a good move. Enjoy getting more spam. :o

Maybe you should stop this, buddy.
Of course its better to disable that option if to debug setup and find out whats wrong. Once postfix starts working properly, that option can be enabled.

Then, you should've made that clear?

Then, you should've made that clear?
You need to understand that some people like to do things step by step, there is nothing wrong in that. Try to be more cautious with your posts, possibly even understand that lots of mail servers don't have PTR record set and yet they are legit and not spammers.

This is the log file from my server:

I can't understand whats the problem with my mail server.

Postfix says unknown account, try creating another one for test, restart postfix just in case.
Also check mysql -> postfix -> mailbox table for list of mail accounts.

created new account and restarted postfix service. The account does exists in above mentioned database. But still I have the same problem and the log is same as i posted there. But when I login to webmail using my server email id and password I get this in my log file
Apr 19 00:52:09 domain postfix/smtpd[19736]: warning: database /etc/postfix/vmail_ssl.map.db is older than source file /etc/postfix/vmail_ssl.map
No idea why I am getting this now.

Set "debug_peer_level" to 4 in /etc/postfix/main.cf , restart postfix again and check startup log. If there is some problem with configuration it should be reported.
It could be that somehow you got alien config (maybe due to installing wrong postfix with yum, or another software).
I installed CWP on two servers, and besides setting up interfaces and protocols everything else worked perfectly without any interventions.
