Title: Mail queue empty, but Dashboard says 1 item in queue

Hi guys,

my dashboard says there is 1 item in the mail queue. However, the mail queue is in fact empty.

Anyone seen this bug before?

for me this information was also shown. Stay calm. It is hardly a problem.  ;)

new version has much quicker mailq counter and it should be accurate it will be released soon 0.9.8.9.
