Relay Access Denied

Please assist me on how to send emails using Postfix as a SMTP with POP3 Authentication
I'm passing the Microsoft Outlook Sending Test, but when send emails, revert it back with "Relay Access Denied" while sending to external domains emails

try rebuilding you mail server with the new configuration for start.
