All inbound mail fails when enabling Spam Assassin/Avamis

Hi There, I enabled spam assassin and Avamis in Mailserver manager, however when enabled, all inbound mail gets the following error

xxxxxx gave this error:
Decision Engine classified the mail item was rejected because of IP Block (from outbound normal IP pools) -> 554 5.7.1 Service unavailable; Client host [40.107.241.117] blocked using zen.spamhaus.org; Error: open resolver; https://www.spamhaus.org/returnc/pub/197.234.241.50


when i disable spam assassin then all works as normal

What guide are you following for your SpamAssassin configuration? The CWP Wiki article with the local.cf or something else? Do you have zen.spamhaus.org in your RBL loop on the CWP server, or just on your testing SMTP server?

Are there some records associated with the sender's email address in the email logs and/or IP address (/var/log/maillog) ?
