spam issue: Need help regarding mail server
« on: May 03, 2019, 05:34:50 PM »
Hi...
I am new to this server thing. And I found CWP quiet easy to understand. I have built my VPS successfully. But all mails are going to spam in yahoo/hotmail/aol though my mail-tester.com score is 10/10, IP-Domain-server are not blacklisted.Senderscore: 99, mx-toolbox mail deliverability test passed without any warning.Not blacklisted with any provider.

In gmail there is no problem.

It's no use you want to show mailtester email, would help just the rejection message from yahoo/hotmail/aol.

These ISP are using ReturnPath, maybe you have low reputation on that blocklist.
You must register for that service, to can deliver mail to that ISPs, here:

https://www.senderscore.org/register/

You are having problems too in your dns blocklists, you are using a public DNS to query them.
Code: [Select]
   *  0.0 URIBL_BLOCKED ADMINISTRATOR NOTICE: The query to URIBL was
   *      blocked.  See
   *      http://wiki.apache.org/spamassassin/DnsBlocklists#dnsbl-block
   *      for more information.
   *      [URIs: jxxextxxhxy.com]

You must to use at least one the three:
1) using your own non-forwarding caching nameserver to avoid being lumped together with other users queries;
2) setting up your own mirror of the DNS-blocklist;
3) or paying to use the blocklist. The choice is up to the DNS-Blocklist administrator.

Netino

@Netino

Regarding URIBL_BLOCKED issue. I saw that most of the emails which are ended in Inbox have the same. You can see that my 2nd domain is delivering mails to inbox which has same regarding DNS query. Hope this is not a problem. Though I'm not sure..

Regarding Senderscore, yes you are right that volume sender class is very low.

I have purchased a new domain and integrated it in the vps. Also I bought the vps last month. Is it really effecting the mail delivery?

Any suggestion?

Thanks...

So, your mail is being received, but classified as spam, or is being rejected..?
