How do you set up where users type in a domain name instead of typing an IP address to get access to the admin panel?

Well you need to first create an account first and then upload the phpBB files to your public_html folder and then run it from there.

Go to your CloudFlare account and under "Crytpo", go to "Always use HTTPS" and turn that on. Let me know if that solves the issue for you
