So, this was just the CWP part of the upgrade. I did not have to update mysql because I already have MariaDB, and I did not do the apache upgrade yet because the cwp porition failed.
What log should I look at to give you more information?
I simply cannot get back into the CWP interface. The upgrade seems to have not completed.

I cannot get past the following when upgrading from 0.9.8.155
Restore is also not working... Where should I start looking to resolve this problem?

If you have problem with CWP try run cwpsrv.sh restore
Restore is also not working... Where should I start looking to resolve this problem?
