Installation / Server IP = Internal IP

Hi,
I installed the web control on a Azure VM, without any problems, and works fine. But I have some problems related to the "Server IP" was assigned to the Internal IP.
On Azure you have two Ips, the public IP and the Internal IP.
And for example, any time that I try to create a new User Account automatically the Server IP is the Internal IP.
I have installed "Softaculous" but the application have had assigned the Internal IP.
Any ideas to change the IP? I haven't got any problem to reinstall everything, so it's neccesary I can do it
