Installation / Add new user as "Admin" of cwp

Hi everyone!!!
i'm fairly new to this stuff of webservers configurations but i have manage to get a centos 6.6 + cwp running..
everything is in place but i have some questions:
following the good practices of web servers config i successfully added a user with root privileges in my Centos (to disable access to "root" user) but when i log in into cwp i get a "client" version, not the "admin" version of cwp.
what do i have to do to grant the same privileges in cwp as yhe root user ??
