FTP / How to Disable FTP on select users?

Hi,
I want to create EMail Hosting Package and want to disable FTP accounts for this package.
I created a new package and put -1 on FTP Accounts.
But user under this package can still create multiple FTP users - I tested it by creating a user under this package.

SSL / How to install SSL on port 443

Hi,
I was able to install SSL on port 2031 (CWP).
But how can I install SSL on port 443?
So that I can access https://HOSTNAME/roundcube/ using SSL.
Right now, I can access Roundcube using HTTP but it gives error when I use HTTPS.
