CentOS 6 Problems / PHP DBLIB Not working at all, also PHP Switcher not working

After banging my head multiple times and been trying for 12 hours straight to fix those issue, I came to the only conclusion: PHP switcher not work at all.
I tried multiple times to switch PHP version to 5.6.34 with module: --with-pdo-dblib flag , nothing happens.
Then I try to install FreeTDS and install dblib with pecl, not working returning "configure: error: Cannot find FreeTDS in known installation directories"
I give up on that, I'm looking for someone who can set it up for me and I will pay that person for the service, as I need urgently PDO dblib enabled for PHP.
