CentOS-WebPanel GUI / I can't access the admin panel, error 500

I can't access the admin panels. nor for port 2030, 2031, 2086 and 2087, it marks a 500 error.
I already tried what I found in these forums but it doesn't solve it.
Can anybody help me please?

I already uninstalled it !, and it works well !.
what I do not understand because the video blocks me.

CentOS 7 Problems / How to put the htdocs by default

When I create a new account. this new account is by default in the htdocs. where I change that configuration.
for example, if you enter the public ip in the browser, the page of the new account is displayed, and if I add a suspension to the service, go to the directory of the new account. / home / USERNAME / public_html / suspend. as restablesco to the directory being the default
