E-Mail / set up SMTP and IMAP
« on: July 19, 2020, 07:36:39 PM »
Hello,
Can somone tell me how to set up SMTP and IMAP or what are the settings? I managed to install latest CWP, set DNS, create new email accounts, use Roundcube, everything works perfectly, sending and receiving but I can't figure out the settings to set up email client like Outlook. The server is IP address, username and password I use the same as for creating new account. But which port does it use? 25, 587.... ? How to set this or read? Same for POP/IMAP. Where I can see the settings?
Regards, Bogomil

CentOS 6 Problems / Re: can't make domain point to right folder
« on: May 10, 2019, 03:15:24 PM »Hi.If you know how to fix the problem I can give you access to Web Panel.
First of all, do not touch configuration files. I guess you do not have an idea what you're doing
Second, you can check the wiki http://wiki.centos-webpanel.com/
Third, you can ask an admin for help.

CentOS 6 Problems / can't make domain point to right folder

My domains still point to localhost root folder. I set up httpd.conf like this
<VirtualHost *>
ServerName www.pockaj.club
DocumentRoot /home/username/public_html/pockaj
</VirtualHost>
I added domains via CentOs Web Panel, each domain pointing to different folder. Set DNS records.... but still all domains point to localhost base folder (/home/username/public_html). What is wrong?

CentOS 6 Problems / Re: can't find httpd.conf
« on: May 09, 2019, 01:11:27 PM »Hi, if you have the CWP installed then you must add your websites via the panel.
Do NOT edit system files manually.
I managed to install CWP finally. How do I do this through CWP?

Hello,
I'm trying to configure domains to point to each respective folder on server. I heard this can be done by configuring virtual host file. But I can't find it on CentOS 6. Can someone tell me where it is please?

Nothing happens. No output. What I'm doing wrong?
Post the result of the following command:Code: [Select]# netstat -tupln | grep -P ":2[0-3][0-9]+"

Hello,
Yes I restarted the server, still the same. How do I restart the CWP? It wasn't even started. But if server restarts some service connected to CWP should also restart. Or how do I reinstall it? If that would solve the problem.

Hello,
I installed new Web panel on CentOS 6. But how to run it? The IP_ADDRESS:2030 does not work. Says connection refused. I can't open in on localhost either. I turned off the firewall, still the same problem. I added 2030 port, still nothing. Apache is running. What could be wrong? Can someone help me with this?
