Have you checked if you are asked to accept the SSL certificate?
What server do you have set in the smtp and pop?
I configure the accounts with the name of the main domain where CWP is installed.
If I use their domains with my clients, both Outlook and Thunderbird give me problems.

Thanks @overseer for the indications, at the end in the vhost file of that domain I commented everything that made reference to the 301, I restarted Nginx and I was able to generalize the SSL.

yum remove cwp-httpd httpd* -y
yum install cwp-httpd -y

then rebuild webserver conf

Hello, to create the autoresponder I have to do it as root from the CWP panel.
If I have already created an autoresponder and I want to modify it, I get a DB error.
If the client tries to do it from his panel, he also gets a DB error.
So I don't know where is the failure, let's see if someone @admin answers the doubts.

Exactly that was what had happened, they had modified the roundcube.sieve file and its content was as follows:

I had 4 affected accounts
