CentOS 7 Problems / HTTPS forwarding to test page/SSL hanging

Hi all,
I've added a new domain to CWP and it resolves. However I seem to be having an issue in that the site loads the test page when requesting https://xyz.uk
It loads http as it should.
Secondly I'm trying to install a letsencrypt and on telling it to do so, hangs on installing and then the panel becomes unaccessable.
Any ideas? I've ran out of ideas!
