Installation / Not Found The requested URL /xyz was not found on this server.

So I've installed CentOS 7 & CWP on AWS EC2 and followed all the installation steps and got a friend to double-check everything, but I'm still getting a 404 error when I try to access. Though if I do www.domain.com/~user/xyz then everything loads fine. Please help here.
