Backup / problem with backup

Hi

I am getting the problem with backup.

Daily midnight i am getting email called "Anacron job 'cron.daily' on host1.xxxx.com"  in which i am getting following errors

PHP Notice: Undefined variable: hEM453gZlM in /usr/local/cwpsrv/htdocs/resources/admin/include/cron_backup.php(1) : eval()'d code(1) : eval()'d code on line 7

and also i am getting following error in the same email

mysqldump: Got error: 1142: "SELECT, LOCK TABLES command denied to user 'root'@'localhost' for table 'accounts'" when using LOCK TABLES

At the end of the same email,  i am getting following error

/etc/cron.daily/freshclam:

touch: cannot touch `/var/log/clamav/freshclam.log': No such file or directory
chmod: cannot access `/var/log/clamav/freshclam.log': No such file or directory
chown: cannot access `/var/log/clamav/freshclam.log': No such file or directory
ERROR: Problem with internal logger (UpdateLogFile = /var/log/clamav/freshclam.log).
ERROR: Can't open /var/log/clamav/freshclam.log in append mode (check permissions!).

Please help me out

i see on this forum. Many users are getting the same errors as mine but they have no solutions for this problem.

kindly solve this issue by giving some way out on this post or anywhere.
