MySQL / MYSQL Manager NOt Show User list and can't create new database

i was update to : CWPpro version: 0.9.8.1087
MySql Port: MySQL Remote
MySQL version: 10.5.12-MariaDB
i can't create new database and existing database can't edit via mysql manager. https://prnt.sc/1v4obfs

ihave restart service and server, but no effect
