CentOS 7 Problems / Apache killing my system

So apache is creating so many processes of itself that its making my server completely time out.
I have tried remaking all accounts, rebuilding apache and php-fpm but nothing fixes it.
What should I do?

by manually editing config
/usr/local/cwpsrv/conf/cwpsrv.conf

I modified it already but it still goes to the ssl port.

Information / CentOS has been discontinued, will CWP development still continue?

Since RedHat announced that CentOS will be discontinued, will CWP development still continue? Will it use Ubuntu or something similar?
