You're right about technical support, but in my actual case, I try to get the Billing Department
I opened the ticket 2 days ago, is still not read.

I have since a few weeks an issue with the user quota.
For all user accounts no data available. It was working before without any issue

Hopefully, somebody has an idea of what could be wrong.

CentOS Configuration / User Bandwidth Consumption not shows since 4 weeks for all accounts

Hi,
I realize today that the Bandwidth Consumption for all user accounts stopped working for 4 weeks.
I guess some cwp updates cause the issue

Does anyone have the same issue and know how to fix it?
