Installation / GoAccess not working after fresh OS & CWP install on new server

My VPS got moved to new hardware with a new IP address.
I had to completely start from scratch with a new OS Centos7 install and a fresh CWP Pro install.
GoAccess has one report generated for the day I installed everything and no longer is generating new reports.
Has anyone had this happen?
Any recommendations on what to try to get it going again? or what may have caused it to stop working?
I reinstalled it through the admin panel, didn't work.
I rebuilt Apache, didn't work.
