CentOS-WebPanel GUI / The Challenges You Might Face During CWP Installation
« on: September 04, 2023, 08:41:15 AM »
Hello, I work actively in the IT and Linux field, and I can confidently say that CWP (Control Web Panel) is one of the best control panels I've had the opportunity to work with. However, I'd like to share some of the challenges I encountered during its installation and setup.
First and foremost, I'd like to mention that I purchased a powerful dedicated server from Neuron VM, an American-based provider renowned for its outstanding features, which I'll discuss shortly.
One of the initial issues I faced was the licensing setup for CWP, which could only be addressed through their support. This limitation proved to be quite frustrating. It would be fantastic if CWP included an in-software option for license authentication.
Another significant point is the absence of optimization guides specifically tailored for WordPress within CWP. Many users are searching for such guides, and it would be beneficial if CWP developers considered creating a comprehensive guide for optimizing a Linux VPS with CWP for WordPress websites.
Thirdly, after extensive searches on Google, I came across the Neuron VM website, which offered VPS solutions optimized for CWP with exceptional performance. After a considerable amount of time, I also acquired a cheap admin RDP from them.
Lastly, it's worth noting that CWP may have a less visually appealing interface compared to cPanel and DirectAdmin, which may not suit everyone's preferences. My suggestion would be to consider designing a professional and minimalist UI/UX for the main control panel.
Thank you for reading this topic through to the end.
