Installation / Anyone having issues with Varnish?
« on: August 07, 2020, 12:34:22 AM »
Hey all. We have enabled Varnish in our server, and it looks like it is installed an enabled for the domains. But we are getting this when we test it out in isvarnishworking site:
Fail...ish! We detected Varnish on that domain, but the content doesn't appear to be cached. Best check your configuration.
Any idea how we can get this sorted out? We tried both having expires entries in htaccess and without any entries, both yield the same results...
Thank you

PHP Selector / PHP version switcher is not completing
« on: May 24, 2019, 09:05:06 PM »
Anyone figured out how to fix the following issue when running PHP version switcher:
Installing shared extensions: /usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20170718/
I tried running PHP version switcher, and it is stuck on that part...

E-Mail / email split servers or split tunneling
« on: January 24, 2019, 09:11:15 PM »
Hey guys. I have some domains that I have split the addresses, some on Office365, and some locally in my mailserver. How do I configure my mailserver so it can send to the email addresses in O365. The emails are the same domain.
I have successfully configured O365 already, it can send emails from O365 to the emails in my mailserver. But if I try to send an email (via ROUDNCUBE/WEBMAIL) from my mailserver to an email located in O365, I get an error:
SMTP Errot (550): Failed to add recipient
"email-at-O365@domain.com" (5.1.1
<email-at-O365@domain.com>: Recipient address rejected:
User unknown in virtual mailbox table
I have configured MX record to point to office365 as well.
Also on a side note, if I want to send an email to any other domain, how can I configure it so that it will use the office365 as outbound? If I use POP I can set the outbound and use one of the email in the O365 to send the message. But I prefer to use the WEBMAIL/ROUNDCUBE, how can I accomplish the same?
Thank you

CentOS Configuration / Is Monit Part of CWP?
« on: August 03, 2018, 12:22:36 AM »
Hello guys. I was checking logs, and noticed there is a monit.log. I then checked further and it appears there is a monit process.
Is monit built into CWP? I don't recall installing it. Server is Centos 7.5.
Also, if monit is installed, I believe web gui is on port 2812, but when I try to go to the URL, I get an invalid page.
Please advise.
Thanks guys.

Backup / Backup Issue
« on: February 03, 2018, 03:02:18 PM »
Hey guys. I can't find any documentation so I will post it here.
I have enabled automatic backups (daily, weekly, monthly). However, if I log in as a user (domain.com:2083) then go to File Management -> Backup, I get a message just below the "Download a full website backup" saying "Currently, there is no automatically generated backup available. The administrator of the server owner must enable this function.". However, I do have this enabled.
2nd, if I download a full website backup, it then shows below as a backup_datexxx.tar.gz, but the icon on the left side (cloud wiht down arrow) is not clickable and I cannot click the backup to download it to my pc. Do I need to FTP as an account user to be able to download the backup? But there is a button to delete the backup.
Please advise. I want to make sure all users have automated backups, but the message that shows up when logged in as user does not give any confidence as it says there are no backups....

E-Mail / Is it possible for webmail/roundcube to send outbound via external SMTP account?
« on: August 21, 2017, 05:08:49 PM »
Hello. For our emails, we have an external office365 account for outbound emails, since new IPs or other ISPs block mail from smaller accounts/domains like ours. Setting up imap on mobile devices is not a problem since we can specify outbound smtp settings. However, when using webmail, it uses our standard IPs for sending out, which causes some of our client emails not to get through (like to AOL).
Is there a way to configure webmail or roundcube such that it will send the mail using the same external SMTP account that we use on our mobile devices? Never done this so wondering if this is possible at all.
Thanks!!
