I'm trying to install mailparse and no matter how I try to install it I always get errors:

Using PECL:
Code: [Select]
[root@x mailparse-2.1.6]# /usr/local/bin/pecl install mailparse
downloading mailparse-2.1.6.tgz ...
Starting to download mailparse-2.1.6.tgz (36,538 bytes)

shtool at '/tmp/pear/temp/mailparse/build/shtool' does not exist or is not executable.
Make sure that the file exists and is executable and then rerun this script.

ERROR: `phpize' failed
phpize exists but it's not in the default directory it would be in if you installed php from yum

Code: [Select]

No idea what this error even is...

Anyone have any ideas? I have to have this installed in order to setup my mail in my support ticket system.
