CentOS-WebPanel GUI / Issue creating database with Mysql Manager

Hi all!!
I'm facing one issue with some concrete users, not with all of them, when creating a new database or user under Mysql Manager.
For example, with some users it works fine, but with one called, for example, user1, when creating a database called database1 or user through its panel, the result is like this: it creates a new database called "_database1" without the username before like "user1_database1" . It makes those databases not appear under the user mysql manager panel.
It's like if username variable were not attached when creating the new database.
Someone knows where can I take a look to it? Maybe some user config file that is not complete?

CentOS 7 Problems / Roundcube more than 149 emails in inbox stops loading

Hi all!
I've been with this issue for the last day. Any inbox with more than 150 emails was unable to load in roundcube. I've been testing moving emails from inbox to another folder, and when it arrives to 150, timeout loading the folder.
Postfix, dovecot from mobile phone, outlook, thunderbird or similar is working fine.
I don't if it can be an issue with inodes limit on the hard disk. Physical disk seems to be ok.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi everyone,
from one day to another, maybe some kind of cwp update, we are having issues creating accounts. The only log I can find referring this issue is the located under /usr/local/cwp/php71/var/log and shows this error:
[pool cwpsrv] child 21862 said into stderr: "ERROR 1141 (42000) at line 1: There is no such grant defined for user 'username' on host 'localhost'"
and stops the creation procedure.
Any help will be appreciated, seems to be something related with database, but fixed permissions, fixed corrupted tables with no luck. MariaDB is running and accepting connections.
