CSF Firewall / how open port for deluge ! on centos 7.0

I install deluge and can use when firewall disabled !
in installation page said "Don't forget to check the firewall for open ports!."
but how

E-Mail / Roundcube hangs on Sending/Saving ...

hi
I have a problem with roundcube hangs when a Saving/Sending message at the bottom of the screen if you try and save/send.
The browser is "frozen", in that you cannot click on other items on the page, and it's necessary to close the browser tab or do a full page reload to escape.
I search on google and I found this
but I don`t use nginx !!!!!!!
in CWP, default Web Servers on Apache Only , and I don`t have any error in mail log or httpd log ...
